Izingxenye ezidingekayo ekukhishweni kwe-nucleic acid, kodwa azifakiwe kukhithi:

1. I-Reagent: I-ethanol e-anhydrous, isopropanol ne-PBS;

2. Izinto ezisetshenziswayo: 50ml centrifuge tube kanye ne-1.5ml EP tube;

3. Izisetshenziswa: Iketela lokugeza amanzi, i-pipettor, ishalofu kazibuthe, i-centrifuge, ipuleti elijulile elinezimbobo ezingama-96 (okuzenzakalelayo), okokusebenza okuzenzakalelayo kokukhipha i-nucleic acid (okuzenzakalelayo).
